Nicky Thomas

Nicky Thomas is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Development Specialist at FCCI Insurance Group since May 2020, Nicky focuses on business development initiatives. Prior to this role, Nicky worked at AIG from December 2006 to May 2020 as a Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included establishing client relationships, generating new business, and supporting regional strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager/Account Coordinator at HRH from February 2003 to December 2006, managing commercial accounts and preparing client proposals. Nicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a focus on Insurance and Risk Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in 1994.
