Patricia Smith

Patricia Smith is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Workers Compensation Manager at FCCI Insurance Group since July 2021. Prior experience includes holding the position of Workers Compensation Unit Manager at The Hanover Insurance Group from November 2014 to July 2021. Patricia's career began at CNA, where roles included Claim Consultant for the Major Case Unit and Claim Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Claim Supervisor at ESIS.
