Lolita Hayes

Director, Information Technology at FCCS

Lolita Hayes has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Lolita started their career in 1988 as a Programmer/Analyst at McDonnell Douglas Systems Integration, where they were part of a team that developed a Fortran application for a telephone company. This experience helped their develop the ability to build applications in modules.

In 1991, Lolita joined Franklin Administrators as a Programmer/Analyst and worked there until 1992. Lolita then moved on to FCC Services, where they held various positions in the Information Technology department. Lolita started as a Manager and worked their way up to the role of Interim Director. Currently, Lolita holds the position of Director, Information Technology at FCC Services.

Lolita Hayes began their education in 1980 at Loyola University New Orleans, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems. Lolita successfully completed their studies in this field in 1986. In 1990, they attended the University of Colorado Denver to take supplemental classes. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
