Lori Bosanko

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at FCCS

Lori Bosanko has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lori began their career as a Legislative Intern for the State of South Dakota in 2001, followed by a similar role at the City of Sioux Falls in 2002. Lori then worked as a Legal Secretary at the Law Office of David W. Kirch in 2002 and as a Legal Assistant at Clifton, Mueller & Bovarnick, PC from 2003 to 2004.

In 2005, Lori joined Karam & Associates as a Law Clerk before transitioning to Rochester Title in 2008, where they served as the Associate General Counsel/Title Department Manager until 2011. Lori then became the BOCC Administration Manager at Arapahoe County from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Lori took on multiple roles simultaneously, working as the General Counsel for FCC Services and as the Director for Foothills Park & Recreation District. During this time, they also briefly served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City and County of Denver's Airport Legal Services. In 2020, Lori was promoted to the position of Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at FCC Services.

Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated their expertise in legal and administrative roles, consistently contributing their skills and knowledge to the organizations they have worked with.

Lori Bosanko completed their education history in a chronological order where they first attended Washington High School from 1993 to 1997. Lori then proceeded to the University of South Dakota from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of South Dakota from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration. Lastly, Bosanko attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2004 to 2007, ultimately achieving a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
