Greg Kondritz

EVP, Business Affairs & General Counsel at Houston Texans

Greg Kondritz enters his 17th season with the Houston Texans and second as vice president and general counsel after serving as the associate general counsel for two years. Kondritz advises the organization on a wide variety of legal matters, including contracts, trademark matters and compliance with NFL rules and regulations.

Prior to joining the Texans in June 2004, Kondritz practiced corporate and securities law for Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in Houston, where he was a senior associate in the Corporate, Banking & Business section. Kondritz attended the NFL's management program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in June 2006. He also served as an adjunct professor of Sports Law at Houston Baptist University and a guest lecturer at a sports law program in Madrid, Spain.

Kondritz earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Murray State University in 1996 and a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1999. Kondritz also served as a notes editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review.

Originally from West Frankfort, Ill., Kondritz and his wife, Alison, live in Houston with their three kids, Jack, Katie and Rowan.
