George Hickerton

George Hickerton has over 15 years of professional experience in the engineering and technology field. George is currently working as the Director of Engineering and Operations at FCDO Services since November 2020. Prior to this, George held the position of Director of Engineering and Technology at FCO Services.gov.uk starting from November 2016. George also served as the Chief Engineer at the same company from December 2014 to October 2016. Before joining FCO Services, George worked at Atkins as a Director, where they were responsible for leading and building the London building services division. George handled key account management for top oil majors in Nigeria, Angola, and EAME and was accountable for profit and loss accounts, business development, technical standards, innovation, and team performance.
