Jukka-Petteri Hyyppä

Jukka-Petteri Hyyppä serves as the Chief Legal and HR Officer at FCG Finnish Consulting Group since June 2022, where responsibilities include being the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, member of the management team, and secretary to the board of directors, while also leading group sustainability initiatives. Hyyppä has successfully managed significant divestments and acquisitions, launched the organization's first human resources management system, and developed FCG Academy. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at Destia Oy, Associate at Krogerus, Senior Consultant at Deloitte Legal, and various roles at Roschier, providing substantial legal support in areas such as M&A, corporate law, and employment law. Hyyppä holds a Master of Laws from the University of Lapland and is pursuing a Master of Science in Technology at Aalto University.
