Gina Marcoff

Gina Marcoff has extensive experience in training and development within the restaurant industry. Gina most recently worked as the Vice President of Education & Development at FCH Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that, they were an Independent Management Consultant at CLD Solutions, providing customized learning and development solutions. Gina also served as the Vice President of Training & Development at Pei Wei from 2011 to 2015. Gina's longest tenure was at Outback Steakhouse, where they held various roles such as Vice President of Training & Development, Director of Training & Development, Regional Director of Training, and Training Coordinator. Their work experience spans from 1994 to the present.

Gina Marcoff holds a Bachelor's degree in English / Secondary Education from Cleveland State University. Gina also has additional certifications in Cognitive Learning Theory from ATD Orange County, Leadership Development Program from the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College (LDI), and MBTI from CPP, Inc.
