Christopher Costas

Christopher Costas is an experienced project executive and manager with a solid background in construction and real estate development. Currently serving as a Project Executive at FCI Residential Corporation since February 2021, Christopher has held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Previously, Christopher worked at First Florida as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager from December 2014 to February 2021, and at Watermen Development Group, Inc. as a Development & Construction Manager. Additional experience includes positions at M&P Reynolds Enterprises, Inc. and Spec Ops, LLC. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University.
