Wendy Solano

Wendy Solano, CAM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a District Manager at FCI Residential Corporation since August 2015. In this role, Wendy manages a portfolio of four A+ properties totaling 1,229 units, overseeing daily operations, financial administration, maintenance accounting, and compliance, among other responsibilities. Wendy has a strong background in financial management, including capital improvement budgeting. Previously, Wendy held positions as a Property Manager at FCI and as a Community Manager at Bridge Real Estate Group and Olen Properties, where significant achievements included leading a community to outperform budget expectations and managing multiple lease-up communities. Wendy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College.
