Paul Fregonese

Paul Fregonese has a strong background in the field of cybersecurity and automation engineering. Paul started their career at FCI as a Level 1 Support Engineer, where they focused on testing software, resolving defects, and implementing infrastructure automation. Later, they took on the role of Lead Cybersecurity Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for training and mentoring new hires, planning and executing complex system deployments, and automating detection and remediation processes. Prior to their work at FCI, Paul co-owned Blue Apple Computer Repair, providing technical support, network setup, and computer maintenance services. Additionally, they worked as a Field Engineer at Field Solutions LLC and OnForce Inc., providing software and hardware support to retail stores and businesses.

Paul Fregonese obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Bergen Community College between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications from Addigy, Black Hat Ethical Hacking, ISACA, CompTIA, Sophos, and has obtained qualifications in Addigy Certified Associates (ACA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Sophos Certified Architect, Sophos Certified Engineer, and Sophos Sales Consultant.
