Allyson is a senior IT, Operations and Global Talent executive who has driven large-scale transformations to deliver over $500M in annualized savings for both private and public companies. Before joining FCM, she led teams of up to 4,000 employees in roles such as Chief Quality Officer, Divisional Risk & Regulatory Officer and Global Head of Service & People Programs for companies like Refinitiv, Deutsche Bank, Genpact, UBS, Credit-Suisse and Merrill Lynch. At Refinitiv, Allyson spearheaded the company’s $1B+ technology carve-out and workforce optimization program. Her successful tenure in the Finance industry has also included rebuilding support operations for 932 private-client bank branches, launching numerous shared services organizations, automating critical processes to increase testing productivity by 94% and negotiating contracts to reduce technology spend by $300M+. A champion of people, Allyson has implemented 100+ councils to improve diversity, equity and inclusion for multiple Fortune 250 companies.
