Andrew Cawood


Andrew is a seasoned executive who provides C-level support for operations and technology transformations. He has partnered with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the healthcare, asset management, insurance and financial services industries. In addition to leading client engagements, he has acted as Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for portfolio companies, driving key integration milestones and operational goals. Before co-founding FCM, Andrew was the COO of Nielsen’s $2.5B media measurement business. He delivered $300M in cost productivity and drove record-setting quality improvements that reduced client issues by 40%. Earlier, Andrew was Nielsen’s CIO, and established its first global technology function by consolidating 11 organizations. Prior to his work at Nielsen, Andrew served as CIO for Citi’s Consumer Lending Group and for multiple divisions of GE. He integrated more than 25 acquired companies at GE Healthcare, including a $9.5B purchase that created operating synergies of $425M.
