Asha Banthia

Asha is a senior finance executive who empowers global businesses to unlock value and grow margins. She leads FCM’s Finance practice and key client engagements. Asha’s successful track record spans 20+ years at two world-class corporations, and now the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. She was previously Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HSBC North America Retail Bank & Wealth Management, and led HSBC’s global transformation as CFO of its $2B+ re-engineering initiative. Earlier, Asha was CFO of GE’s Partnership Marketing Group, where she partnered with five CEOs to define and execute a strategic turnaround plan, eventually orchestrating a successful sale of the business. She is also a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.
