Eric Dale

Eric Dale serves as the Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Government Affairs and Corporate Transactions at RealTruck since April 2023. In addition, Eric is a Special Adviser to the CEO at FCP Euro and has held a position on the Board of Directors of Bankwell Financial Group since 2008, where Eric acts as Vice Chairman and is involved in multiple committees. Previous roles include Partner at Balance Point Capital Partners and Chief Legal Officer at Nielsen, where Eric managed global legal and government affairs for a large multinational company. Eric's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Nielsen Catalina Solutions, Robinson & Cole LLP, and e-Media. Eric holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Clark University.
