Justin Pearce

Justin Pearce is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Distribution Center at FCP Euro since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Operations Manager for Inventory Control at SEPHORA, where responsibilities spanned the West Coast Distribution from August 2022 to July 2023. Justin has also held significant positions at Shutterfly, Inc. from November 2015 to July 2022, initially as Manufacturing Manager and then as Operations Manager for Warehouse & Inventory Control. Prior to that, Justin worked as Operations Manager at Broadway Metal Recycling from September 2013 to November 2015 and held the position of Plant Manager at Liberty Southwest LLC from August 2002 to September 2013. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Northern Arizona University.
