Jennifer Lewis

Jennifer Lewis has over 24 years of experience at FCS Financial, currently serving as Team Leader in the Operations Support Center, where responsibilities include leading a team for both external and internal customer support, managing change, and facilitating training. Jennifer progressed through various roles at FCS Financial, starting as a Lending Services Representative in 1999 and advancing to Senior Point of Sale Specialist from 2010 to 2015, overseeing program administration and training for the in-house point of sale equipment financing program. Prior experience includes a role as Copy Editor/Copywriter at Young & Company, Inc. Jennifer holds a BS and BA in English and Psychology from Truman State University and has completed leadership and agricultural lending programs.
