Kelli Jo Buettner

Kelli Jo Buettner has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and banking industry. Kelli Jo began their career in 2005 as a Teller at Callaway Bank before moving on to intern at Monsanto in 2009. After completing their internship, they joined the Farm Credit Administration as a Bank Examiner in 2010. In 2007, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at the University of Missouri. Buettner then advanced to a leadership position, serving as the Vice President of Underwriting and Credit Operations at FCS Financial from 2015 to 2023. Kelli Jo currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Credit Operations at the same company.

Kelli Jo Buettner holds a High School Diploma from Fulton High School, which they obtained in 2005. Kelli Jo then attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business from 2005 to 2010, where they earned both a BAcc and MAcc degree in Accounting and Spanish. In 2016, Kelli Jo Buettner pursued a Graduate Certificate in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School, which they completed in 2018. Later in 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Cooperative Leadership from the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership. Finally, Kelli Jo Buettner also holds additional certifications, including an ADKAR Change Management Certification from Prosci, obtained in 2021, and a Commission Certification from the Farm Credit Administration, achieved in 2014.
