Brad Whitcomb

Brad Whitcomb, CPM®, is a seasoned Senior Regional Property Manager at FDC Management Inc since May 2017, overseeing a portfolio of approximately one thousand units across ten properties in Southern California. With previous experience as a Regional Property Manager at Bernstein Management Corporation from May 2011 to March 2017, Brad successfully managed a significant portfolio that included over 31,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,500 residential units in various settings. Brad began a career in property management as an Assistant Property Manager and later advanced to positions that involved comprehensive oversight of operations, leasing, and resident retention initiatives. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Entrepreneurship from Elizabethtown College, graduated in 2009.
