Bjoern A. has extensive work experience in sales, management, and strategic roles. Bjoern began their career in 2001 as a Contract & Inside Sales Manager at LISI AEROSPACE, where they worked until 2005. Bjoern then joined Incora Global in 2005 and held various positions including Territory Director, Territory Sales Director, Director of Corporate Contracts, Regional Sales Director for Northern & Eastern Europe, Global Strategic Account Director, Director of Product Management, and finally Regional Sales Director for Northern EMEA. In 2020, they joined FDH as the Managing Director for Germany and later became the Regional Managing Director for EMEA OEM, a position they currently hold.

Bjoern A. has a diploma in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kfm (FH)) with a specialization in Marketing from Hochschule Harz, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Abitur from Berufsbildende Schulen Verden in 1997, with a focus on the field of Economics.
