Valois Pagán III

Valois (Val) Pagán III is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Division Controller at FDH Aero since May 2024, Val previously held the position of Vice President Finance - Process Improvement at Hillwood from May 2020 to December 2023. Other significant roles include Regional Controller at Novaria Group, Global FP&A Manager at Solera, Inc., and Corporate Accounting Manager at Mannatech Incorporated. Val also has a background in military service as the Section Leader / Ramp Chief for United States Marine Forces Reserve, conducting combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Additional experience includes a directorial position in inventory accounting and procurement at CellStar. Val holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
