Richard M. Chipezaani FCCA, BACC, CPA MW has extensive work experience starting as an Audit Semi-Senior and progressing to Audit Senior at Deloitte from 2009 to 2011. Richard M. Chipezaani then transitioned to Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, where they held roles such as Manager - Income Financial Control and Financial Manager - Revenue & Direct Expenditure from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at FDH Bank Plc, where they have held positions such as Senior Manager Internal Audit, Deputy Head of Finance, and currently serves as the Head of Finance since 2021.

Richard M. Chipezaani FCCA, BACC, CPA MW completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Malawi - The Polytechnic in 2007. Richard M. Chipezaani pursued their ACCA qualification at Malawi College of Accountancy from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they received training in Information Systems Audit from ISACA in 2010 and became a CISA affiliate.
