Lara Senhen

Lara Senhen has extensive experience in commercial systems and project management, currently serving as the Regional Commercial Systems Manager at FDM Group since June 2018. In this role, Lara has successfully led initiatives to enhance alumni engagement, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. Prior positions at FDM include Project Manager for alumni initiatives, CX Projects & Insights Manager, and Team Lead for the Application Tracking System, demonstrating strong skills in research, data management, and team leadership. Additionally, Lara has a background in client services and event coordination through previous roles at MiQ, Bistro Flair, Lufthansa, and Hilton. Lara holds a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University, along with a certificate from Cornell University in Global Hospitality Management.
