Luca Fossati

Luca Fossati is an accomplished professional in data engineering and computer science, currently serving as the Global Program Head of Data Engineering at FDM Group since January 2018. In this role, Luca leads a global team of trainers and has successfully launched the WiseQuery trainee project, which integrates AI with data pipelines and has sparked interest in potential new business avenues. Additionally, Luca has contributed to academia as a member of the Program Advisory Committee on Big Data at Queen's College of Business, and has previously held various research and teaching positions at notable institutions, including Imperial College London, the University of Dundee, and Seneca College. With a strong educational background featuring multiple Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science, Luca's expertise encompasses big data, software development, machine learning, and database management.
