Brian Bittencourt has a diverse work experience in various roles related to growth, marketing, and business development.
Brian is currently serving as the Head of Growth and Marketing at Woba, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Angel Investor and Growth Advisor at Kiddle Pass starting in 2020.
In the same year, Brian also served as an Associated Member and Marketing Director at FEA Angels.
From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Growth and Marketing at Tmov, a digital logistics marketplace in Brazil.
Before that, Brian worked as a Growth Advisor for Startups at Distrito from 2020 to 2022. Brian also served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Cuidas, which was later acquired by Alice, where they were responsible for revenue strategy and management of marketing and sales teams.
Prior to their role at Cuidas, they served as the Chief of Marketing, Growth, and Branding at Hyperlocal (formerly Avec) from 2019 to 2020.
In 2016, Brian worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Gympass, where they were responsible for the growth strategy and activation of B2B customers.
Brian started their career at EvoBooks in 2015 as a Growth Marketing Coordinator, where they focused on sales and implemented the company's growth marketing plan.
Before that, they founded Total Beauty Clube de Vantagens in 2013 and served as the Founder and Head of Growth.

- From 2005 to 2009, Brian attended FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, where they graduated with a degree in Economics.
