Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at FEAM Aero, Ruben's expertise lies in building relationships, developing training programs, and achieving sales objectives. With a diverse educational background ranging from Aviation Safety to Business Management, Ruben is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
