Natalie Gruchow

Natalie Gruchow, CVPM, SHRM-CP, FFCP, PASC, is a knowledgeable Strategic Program's Specialist and Consultant at Fear Free, LLC since January 2020, where expertise in the Fear Free Speaker’s Bureau has been demonstrated through lectures at conferences and webinars. Concurrently, Natalie has held consulting roles with Elanco and GLG, facilitating communication and insights in the industry. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Animal Health Clinic as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, overseeing business operations and human resources. Earlier positions include Human Resources Assistant at Wanzek Construction, Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals, and Service Supervisor at Hornbacher's. Natalie holds a B.A. in Psychology, Business Administration, and English Writing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
