Theodore Florence is an experienced finance and operations executive with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple sectors, including diversity consulting, music production, and non-profit management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Fearless Dialogues since July 2020, Theodore manages budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow for a prominent consulting firm. Previous positions include General Manager and CFO at A2 Music Productions, CFO at Impact Church, and executive roles at Sustainable Neighborhood Development Strategies, Inc., and DARP Music, Inc., where financial planning and strategic oversight were paramount.
