Michael Newman

Michael Newman is currently working as an LNG Shipbroker at Fearnleys, focusing on LNG Chartering, Projects, SnP, and Consultancy with a commitment to the transition to Net Zero and future fuel growth. Prior to this, Michael has held various roles in the LNG industry, including Global Co-Head of LNG Shipping at Marex Spectron and LNG Marketing & Shipping Manager at Oil Search Limited. With a background in Warfare Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNSW and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Deakin University.
