Paul Gagne

Paul Gagne is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Fearrington Village since August 2016, previous roles include Executive Chef at Urban Food Group and Demi Chef of Banquets at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge. Gagne has demonstrated expertise in executing high-end events, leading kitchen teams, and maintaining organized kitchen environments. Additional experience includes positions such as Line Cook at The Fearrington House Country Inn, Tournant at Green Valley Grill, and Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager at Sweet Basil's. Gagne holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the New England Culinary Institute.
