Sarah MacDougall has had a varied work experience. Sarah began their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters. In 2015, they worked as a Waitress at Hopedale Country Club. In 2017, they worked as a Merchandiser at Plant Essentials. In 2018, they held several roles at Feast & Fettle, including Director of Brand, Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Assistant. In 2019, they worked as a Content Marketing Associate at Madavor Media and as a Copywriter for the National Student Advertising Competition.

Sarah MacDougall earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Roger Williams University between 2015 and 2019.
