Xiani Yngojo-Wang

Xiani Yngojo-Wang has a diverse work experience in various roles. Xiani worked as a Barista at Hedge Coffee starting in June 2018. Prior to that, Xiani was a Venue Manager at Feastly from March 2017. Xiani also worked as a Line Cook at Pho De Nguyen starting in July 2018.

Xiani's longest tenure was at Coffee Bar Ventures, where they worked as a Store Lead from January 2014 to July 2016. In this role, they managed and led the Montgomery store, handled work schedule drafting, payroll, banking processes, and maintained positive relationships with vendors. Xiani also achieved monthly mystery shop score goals and acquired an account for the bean wholesaler, expanding it to three chain restaurants.

Before their work at Coffee Bar Ventures, Xiani worked as a Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from August 2012 to June 2013. Xiani also gained experience as a Barista at The Good Cup from March 2011 to June 2013. Additionally, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at ArtSeed from November 2010 to January 2011.

Earlier in their career, Xiani worked as a Barista at Rodger's Coffee and Tea from June 2009 to June 2010. Xiani specialized in handcrafted artisan coffee and provided personalized recommendations to customers. Xiani also served as an Administrative Assistant at Eth-Noh-Tec from January 2007 to January 2009. In this role, Xiani managed the company's YouTube channel, handled database entries, and contributed to marketing, sales, and promotions efforts.

Xiani Yngojo-Wang completed their education at multiple institutions. Xiani attended Santa Barbara City College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on Communication Science and another AA degree with an emphasis on Arts and Humanities. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication at UC Santa Barbara from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Xiani also obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification institution in April 2016.
