Reese Allison

Reese Allison has extensive experience in engineering and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Platform Engineering and holding multiple engineering leadership roles at Feathr since March 2022, Reese has contributed significantly to backend engineering. At The Flood Insurance Agency, involvement includes roles as Software Consultant and Director of Operations/Lead Developer since January 2018, showcasing expertise in software development and operations management. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Trustees and as Treasurer for the Altrusa House of Gainesville, Florida, Inc. Past experience encompasses positions at The Strategic Group, Community Bank and Trust of Florida, and HCA, demonstrating a diverse background in analytics, support, and customer service. Reese holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Polk State College.
