Douglas Cavalcante Rodrigues, CAMS, has extensive experience in financial crime prevention and internal auditing within the banking sector, currently serving as the LATAM - Markets Financial Crimes Head at Citi since October 2011. With a strong background in compliance and anti-money laundering, Douglas has held various roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on regulatory requirements and business risk management. Expertise encompasses retail banking products, analytic tools, and team management, as well as significant experience in Latin American markets. Additionally, Douglas is involved with FEBRABAN as a Senior member of the internal audit subcommittee and previously worked at Capgemini in technology and infrastructure analysis. Douglas holds an MBA in Auditing from FGV and has completed an associate's degree in Banking and Corporate Finance at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, alongside international business immersion at the University of Tampa.
