Etienne Almoric

Etienne Almoric is a cofounder of FEBUS Optics, a leader in Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing technologies, contributing to solutions that minimize environmental impact and enhance production efficiency since February 2015. Prior to this role, Etienne served as Directeur général and COO at Magpie Polymers, where innovative filtration technologies for precious metal removal were developed, significantly boosting sales and fundraising efforts. Earlier experience includes positions as an optical physic engineer at Corning European Technical Center and Corning Inc, where Etienne focused on optical modeling and laser development, resulting in multiple patents. Etienne's academic background includes a Master in Optical Physics from Institut d'Optique Graduate School, where leadership skills were also demonstrated as president of the student representatives association.
