Mariana Pereira

Mariana Pereira has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Mariana started their career as a Communications Assistant at FEC - Fundação Fé e Cooperação in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Mariana then joined Cáritas Portuguesa as a Communications Officer from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Mariana returned to FEC - Fundação Fé e Cooperação, this time as Head of Communications. Simultaneously, in 2019 they also became an Assistant Lecturer at Escola Superior de Comunicação Social. Mariana's experience spans various roles and responsibilities in the communications field.

Mariana Pereira completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communication at the Lisbon School of Communication and Media Studies from 2010 to 2013. Mariana then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Public Relations Management at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Mariana is currently studying for a PhD in Communication Sciences at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023.
