Chloe Romaker

Chloe Romaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chloe began their career at Polaris Fashion Place as a Guest Receptionist, where they demonstrated strong customer service skills and successfully handled financial transactions. Chloe then worked at Tim Hortons as a Team Member, excelling in sales and training new employees on various computer skills. Chloe later joined Kroger as a Cashier, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction and promoting the store's loyalty membership.

Transitioning to the field of human resources, Chloe worked at NSG Inc. as an Office Coordinator and Human Resources Administrator, where they ensured accurate accounting records and provided support in recruitment and onboarding processes. Chloe also worked as a Shift Lead (Photo) at Skystar Wheel, where they edited photos and supervised a sales team.

Chloe's next position was as a Human Resources Coordinator at KDM POP Solutions Group, where they streamlined the onboarding process and managed timekeeping and benefits administration. Chloe then became a Human Resources Generalist at the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission, where they played a key role in implementing a new HRIS system, diversified recruiting efforts, and conducted full-cycle recruitment.

Currently, Chloe is a Human Resources Generalist at Fechheimer, where they are responsible for various HR tasks. Overall, Chloe's experience showcases their adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to excel in customer service and HR roles.

Chloe Romaker attended Columbus School for Girls from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a college preparatory program. Following this, they enrolled at Xavier University in 2014 and completed their studies in 2018. At Xavier University, Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resources.
