As Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Arrowhead Engineered Products from 2006 to present, Wisnoski successfully scaled the company from $9 million to $370 million in annual revenue, positioning it as North America's largest non-discretionary replacement parts provider. Wisnoski has a track record of implementing strategic initiatives that drive gross margin growth, diversify revenue streams, and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, Wisnoski holds board positions at Fecon, S&S Truck Parts LLC, and Sign-Zone, and has significant prior experience with Textron, Lull International, Century II, and PwC. An educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & IT from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
