Joanie Thole

Joanie Thole is an experienced project manager and sales professional with a diverse background in product development, inside sales, and project management within various organizations. Currently serving as the New Product Development Project Manager at Fecon, Joanie previously held positions as a National Sales Representative at Vantage Robotics and a Production/Inside Sales Coordinator at Fecon Inc., where significant sales volume was achieved. Joanie’s extensive experience in project management includes a role at the Nevada Test and Training Range with the USAF, overseeing a $50 million training complex and supervising a multi-disciplinary division. Joanie is also recognized for contributions in volunteer coordination and tutoring, demonstrating a commitment to community service and education. An alumnus of the United States Air Force Academy, Joanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English with a General Engineering emphasis.
