Joost Gisquiere

Joost Gisquiere has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joost is currently working as a Stafmedewerker Data & Analysis at Fedasil since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering from June 2016 to May 2021, serving as an Expert Data analyst and a KBI expert and data analysis. Before that, Joost was a Communication Officer at International Errands e.o.d from February 2015 to January 2016. Joost also gained experience at the Embassy of Belgium to Belgrade, Serbia as an Assistant political section from March 2012 to February 2015, where they were involved in various tasks such as monitoring and analyzing political, economic, and social issues, knowledge management, and archiving. Joost also worked as a Junior project manager - International Cooperation at the City of Ghent from January 2011 to May 2011, a Junior Project Manager at Mozaik Social Enterpises (Fondacija Mozaik) from April 2010 to September 2010, and a Programme designer/ Media and political analyst/ Translator at the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia from October 2008 to April 2010.

Joost Gisquiere pursued their education at the University of Ghent (Belgium) from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in East-European Languages and Cultures. In the year 2011, they enrolled at the University of Antwerp and completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2012.
