Community Engagement and Support

The Community Engagement and Support team at Fedcap Canada fosters strong relationships with community partners and jobseekers to enhance workforce development initiatives. They advocate for clients, oversee workshop effectiveness, and ensure quality in integrated employment services, while also focusing on building meaningful partnerships, including with Indigenous communities, to promote sustainable employment opportunities.
