Victoria Duncan

Victoria Duncan possesses extensive experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Fedcap since March 2022. Previous roles include Learning Manager at The Chartered Banker Institute from January 2020 to March 2022 and Global Learning & Development Manager at Karen Millen between November 2011 and September 2019. In earlier positions, Victoria held the role of EMEIA Retail Programs Training Manager at Apple Computer Ltd and Head of Learning and Development at Arcadia Group Ltd. Additional experience includes serving as Management Development Manager at Percepta and Learning and Development Manager at The Indigo Lighthouse Group from 1997 to 2001.
