Michael Barbezat

Michael Barbezat is an experienced professional in product and project management, currently serving as the Product Manager for iPension 1st & Shared at Fedelia SA, where management of a business solution for compensation funds and coordination of federal-level projects are key responsibilities. With a strong background as Portfolio Manager (CTO) at Agro-TwinAG since June 2019, Michael has implemented agile project management practices, developed product strategies, and led a team of ten. Previous roles include overseeing project and knowledge management at AGRIDEA, IT project management at Bison, and various positions in IT consulting and team leadership. Michael holds a Master's in IT Management and a Bachelor’s in IT, alongside diverse expertise in methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and ITIL, as well as a solid technical foundation in software and infrastructure management.
