Maria Inês Salgado

Maria Inês Salgado currently holds the title of Gestão de Comunicação at Centro Educativo e Social Nossa Senhora de Fátima and has been the Diretora fundadora at Primeira Ideia since February 2015. An active water polo player, Maria Inês represents Cascais Water Polo Club and has played for Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Sport Algés e Dafundo, and Grupo Sportivo Dramático de Cascais. In addition to their playing career, Maria Inês serves as a Waterpolo Referee for both Federação Portuguesa de Natação and Associação de Natação de Lisboa. Maria Inês is advancing education with a Mestrado em Comunicação e Media and various certifications in coaching, mental health, and innovative pedagogy. Educational credentials include a licenciatura in Artes Visuais e Tecnologias and a professional technical course in Multimédia, alongside numerous training courses related to swimming and water polo officiating.
