Julieta Beltrame has extensive experience in customer service and quality management, currently working at Federada Salud since November 2019 in roles such as Gestión de Calidad e Información and Representante del servicio de atención al cliente. Responsibilities include managing customer and provider communications, providing comprehensive advice on plans and services, and collaborating in the billing sector by processing pending invoices.
