Jon Zinnel

Jon Zinnel currently serves as the Director of Community Relations at The Kinetic Group and the Director of Conservation & Youth Programs at Federal Premium Ammunition, both positions held since September 2019. In addition, Jon is the President of the Board of Directors for the MidwayUSA Foundation, which supports youth shooting sports teams, and holds board positions with the Mule Deer Foundation and the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports. Jon also chairs the Youth Shooting Sports Alliance and manages education and conservation outreach at Vista Outdoor Inc. Previous roles include Head Coach at the Riverton High School Shooting Team and Director of Operations at the Mule Deer Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and developing youth programs. Jon Zinnel holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and multiple degrees in Environmental Sciences from Northwest Missouri State University and Kirkwood Community College.
