Cheryl Kelley is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Federal Aviation Administration since October 2016. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Chief of Budget, Planning and Financial Services at the US Fish and Wildlife Service from June 2015 to October 2016, and served as Deputy Director of Budget at The Corporation for National and Community Service between December 2012 and June 2015. Additional roles include being a Stay-at-home Mom and part-time Public Market Developer/Volunteer Coordinator in Daytona Beach from July 2010 to June 2012, Strategic Planner at the USDA from 2007 to 2009, and Director of Budget, Planning and Management at the Federal Election Commission from 2001 to 2007. Cheryl began a career in 1995 as a Performance Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, and also worked as a Strategic Planner for the U.S. Department of Commerce from 1999 to 2001, where significant contributions included co-authoring the Department’s inaugural Strategic Plan.
