Nicole Wettstein

Nicole Wettstein is a seasoned Computer Scientist currently serving as the TFDM Second Level Engineering Adaptation Lead at the Federal Aviation Administration since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team in the integration and maintenance of software and hardware solutions for air traffic operations. As the Founder and President of South Jersey Steam Inc., Nicole has developed programs that connect middle-school girls and neurodivergent youth with science, technology, and the arts through hands-on experiences and robotics competitions. Previous roles include Computer Scientist at ASRC Federal, Assistant Director of Advancement Services at Rowan University, and various technical positions at educational institutions and private companies. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University and has completed a professional development program in Women in Leadership at Harvard.
