Rachel Keating-Carlstrom

Rachel Keating-Carlstrom is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in management and safety roles at the Federal Aviation Administration since September 2016, including positions as SLT Program Manager for North Carolina and Memphis IPP Portfolios and Assistant Manager for AFS-210 and ACE-230. Additionally, Rachel has contributed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation as a Wish Granter since 2007. Prior roles include Adjunct Professor at Des Moines Area Community College, Central Region POC for the FAA Safety Team, Aviation Safety Inspector at FAA FSDO, Vacation Property Manager/CEO at Escapes Midwest Vacations, and Charter Pilot at Exec 1 Aviation. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Flight Operations from the University of Dubuque, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
