Stephanie McKnight-Bailey

Stephanie McKnight-Bailey, MBA, MFM, is an experienced professional in contract management, currently serving as a Contracting Officer in the eFAST Contracts Branch at the FAA since October 2011, where responsibilities include administering service-based contracts totaling over $1 billion USD and overseeing the management of the eFAST Basic Ordering Agreement valued at $7 billion USD. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at the CIA as a Contracts Officer and as a Business Technical Liaison, where tasks focused on managing contracts in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and facilitating communication between technical teams and HR. Stephanie's career began as a Pay and Benefits Administrator at the CIA, managing payroll processes and employee onboarding. Stephanie holds two master's degrees in Business Administration and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from Frostburg State University.
